Prices & packages
What drives the price of a party, which items are most often charged extra and how to compare two packages that look identical at first glance.
When a parent first starts looking for a birthday venue in Belgrade, the same problem shows up fast: the prices are hard to compare. One place quotes per child, another a package for up to twenty, a third offers "all inclusive" that still excludes adult drinks. In the end the comparison comes down to a gut feeling.
This article breaks the price into the parts it is made of, shows where the extras hide and gives a concrete, transparent price list by group size.
The price of a party almost always comes down to eight items. Once you know what each one weighs, it is easier to judge whether an offer is realistic:
The gap between the expected and the final bill almost always comes from the same set of items. Ask about each one before you confirm the slot:
If any of these questions gets a vague answer, that in itself is information.
The quickest way is to reduce every offer to four numbers and one sentence:
Put those five items side by side for two offers and the decision becomes obvious in a couple of minutes.

What the per-child column shows: the cost per guest stays in a narrow band whatever the size of the party. Bigger packages don't cost more per child — if anything, larger groups work out slightly cheaper.
Always confirm current prices and availability when booking. The full contents of each package are on the packages page.
The price of a kids' birthday in Belgrade isn't compared by the total but by the price per child, the length and what is not included. A package that looks pricier often works out cheaper once the extras are added up.
Before confirming, run through the hidden-cost list in this article and ask for every item in writing. If you're choosing between venues, our guide may also help: how to choose a birthday play centre.
Both models exist in Belgrade. A fixed-price package up to a set number of children is easier to plan because you know the maximum in advance. The per-child model looks cheaper at first, but the final figure is only known when the party ends.
Going over the guest count, extending the slot, food and drink for adults, extra decoration, the cake and special themed activities. Those six items explain most of the gap between the expected and the final bill.
As a rule, yes. Weekday slots before 7 pm are the least in demand, and that is where you most often get a lower price or better terms. Weekend mornings and early afternoons are the priciest because they are the most wanted.
For weekend slots allow two to three weeks, and during the school birthday season — September to December and March to June — a month. On weekdays a few days is usually enough.
Most venues ask for a deposit to hold the slot. Before paying, check on what terms it is refunded if you cancel and whether there is a cut-off after which it isn't.
